I recommend that if you are considering to purchase a mobile home here or anywhere owned by Santiago Communities to look elsewhere. My elderly grandmother lives here and the manager makes it so that she cannot stay cool in the summer by making a bunch of rules preventing shades from being put up, removing trees etc.
